Course objectives: - to acquaint students in detail with the system of security in rem in the Republic of Croatia - to acquaint students with the systems of security in rem in other countries (Germany, France, England, USA) - to acquaint students with the development of EU law in the field of security in rem - discuss the advantages and disadvantages of certain instruments of security in rem - discuss current problems and possibilities of reforming certain instruments of security in rem |
