After successfully completing the course, students will be able to:
1. Describe the occurrence and early development of the organisation theory and integration of classic school of organisation and human relations
2. Name main representatives of basic directions in the study of organisation theory
3. Explain the position and activity oif an individual and groups in an organisation
4. Explain the structure of organisation, especially its types, factor of influence and cooperative relations
5. Define organisational variables, especially the concept and types of power, conflict and decision-making in an organisation
6. Describe and explain phenomena of organisational communication and decision-making in an organisation
7. Explain the development of pluralism in the approach to the study of administrative organisation, reductionist attempts, the significance of the theory of organisation as a social science
8. Describe modern situation of the organisation theory.

4. Demonstrate and practically apply acquired theoretical knowledge to solving problems in processes of organising and managing organisational development of a concrete administrative organisation.

1. Collect data and distribute concrete administrative organisations according to models of different directions of the theory of organisation

1. Examine basic settings of different directions of the theory of organisation
2. Evaluate appropriateness of the application of settings of individual directions of the theory of organisation to concrete organisations
